BLCKTEC 430: How to view your Vehicle's Battery Status

Purpose

To explain the steps on how to know your vehicle's battery status while using the BLCKTEC 430

Step 1 - Select 'Whole System' scan.

 After pairing the Mobile App and the BLCKTEC 430, you can access Vehicle Health by selecting 'Whole System.'

Note: Vehicle Health Feature is only for Network Scans.

Step 2 - Wait until the RS2 app reads the data from your vehicle.

 The RS2 app will read the data from your vehicle, including the odometer.

Step 3 - Select 'Generate Report.'

 After your vehicle's odometer is read by the app, select 'Generate Report'.

While generating the report, ensure your vehicle is turned to the 'ON' position, and your mobile phone is close to your BLCKTEC 430.

Note: your vehicle’s odometer mileage should automatically be recorded in the Odometer field.

Step 4 - View 'Battery Status' under 'Vehicle Health.'

 After generating your report, under the 'Vehicle Health' section is your vehicle's 'Battery Status.'
