Q: How do I know if the BLCKTEC product will work on my vehicle?

A: BLCKTEC products work on vehicles 1996 and newer that support OBD2. However, the Battery / Alternator testing function only works on internal combustion engine cars but not Hybrid or EV cars.

Q: How do I connect this device to my vehicle?

A: Connect the device to your vehicle's OBD2 port. The OBD2 port is usually located under the dashboard, beneath the steering wheel column.

Q: Where are your products made?

A: BLCKTEC products are researched and designed in the USA and manufactured in Taiwan.

Q: Does your product come with warranty?
