If you are unable to perform advanced features in the RepairSolutions2 (RS2) app, but our coverage checker says that those features are covered for your specific device, you will need to update your RepairSolutions2 app to the latest version. This guide will assist you in resolving this issue.
Troubleshooting
If you are having issues with performing advanced features on the RepairSolutions2 app. Please go through the following steps:
- Navigate to the RepairSolutions2 app on your phone.
- Delete and reinstall the RepairSolutions2 app on your device to automatically update the app.
Note: Make sure that your app is updated to the newest version of the app. If you have the old version installed, you may not be able to access the advanced features of the app such as a custom or network scan.
