BLCKTEC 430: How to view your Vehicle's Oil Level

Purpose

To explain the steps on how to know the oil level status of your vehicle while using the BLCKTEC 430.

Step 1 - Select 'Whole System.'

 After pairing the Mobile App and the BLCKTEC 430, you can access Vehicle Health by selecting 'Whole System.'

Note: Vehicle Health Feature is only for Network Scans.

Step 2 - Wait until the app reads the data from your vehicle.

 The app will read data from your vehicle, including the odometer.

Step 3 - Select 'Generate Report.'

 After your vehicle's odometer is read by the app, select 'Generate Report.'

While generating the report, ensure your vehicle is turned to the 'ON' position, and your mobile phone is close to your BLCKTEC 430.


Once the report is generated, a 'Done' message will be shown on the screen.

Note: your vehicle’s odometer mileage should automatically be recorded in the Odometer field.

Step 4 - View 'Oil Level' under 'Vehicle Health.'

 After the mobile app is done generating your report. Under the 'Vehicle Health' section is your vehicle's 'Oil Level' status.
