BLCKTEC 440: Enabling/Disabling Footer

Purpose

To guide you on how to enable/disable the footer in the BLCKTEC 440.

Introduction

This setting lets you turn the navigational Footers at the bottom of most display screens ON and OFF.

Step 1 - Select the Tool Settings in the Main Menu, then press the ENTER ↵ button.

Press the DOWN ▼ button to scroll down to go through the options, select the Tool Settings option in the Main Menu screen, then press the ENTER ↵ button.

Step 2 - Select Footer Messages, then press the MENU/Enter ↵ button.

Press the DOWN ▼ button to scroll down to go through the options, select Footer Messages in the Main Menu, then press the ENTER ↵ button.

Step 3 - Select ON or OFF as desired, then press ENTER ↵ to save your changes.

The Audible Tone screen will display.

Select ON or OFF as desired, then press ENTER ↵ to save your changes.

After you are done, press the MENU button to return to the Tool Settings menu.
